Dr Ann Marie Harrison graduated in 1996 with a first Degree in Psychology. She then went on to train as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Hypnoanalyst with the NSPH. During this time she worked in both the Probation Service and Adult Educational Sectors.

Dr Harrison has since studied for two Masters Degrees in Psychology and Health Sciences Research. She then studied her Doctorate degree in Counselling Psychology with the University of Teesside and went on to become a Senior Lecturer on the Doctorate Course at that University.

She has worked in a range of NHS services which include Child and Family Psychology, Neuropsychological Services, Adult Psychotherapy Services, Community Stroke Services and Adult Primary Care Psychology. Current posts include working with Occupational Health Companies and Private medical insurers.
